Mobiluck
Mobiluck is a location based friend finder and mobile community. Like many other mobile products, attracting and retaining users is a key challenge. Our aim was to help drive improvements in the end-to-end advertising and sign-up process through provision of expert analysis and recommendations.

What we did
  • Conducted a full user experience review, detailing all issues and suggesting solutions
  • Provided a detailed analysis of sign-up process and guest use process on a number of devices
  • Delivered an in-depth examination of barriers to sign-up, principally from a user-experience point of view, including any page navigation and interaction issues
  • Considered how the interplay of design, messaging and copy contributed to the user experience and analyed these elements holistically
  • Presented our findings in a clear and user-friendly way; annotating screen captures of the key user journeys and making clear recommendations and actionable suggestions for improvements
