Merial
Farmers don't read e-mail, they don't have the time. Nor do they tend to like replying to letters. Merial, who are the world's leading seller of vetinary medicines, needed to engage with farmers and we suggested mobile as a way of beginning this dialogue.
What we did
- Developed a simple CRM text mechanic that integrated with current systems
- Set up a shortcode to implement the scheme
- Worked with Merial's customer service team to gain some valuable customer data and insight
- Opened up a new channel of communication between the brand and its clients
