EQO
EQO is a free application that lets people use IM on their phones along with cheap VOiP calls and texts. The company operates in a crowded marketplace, but needs to acquire as many new customers as possible to succeed.
What we did
- Carried out a full creative review of mobile media executions
- Used our knowledge of mobile user experience to make changes designed to improve the product's Cost per Acquisition rates
- Presented messaging and branding recommendations
- Creative copywriting for numerous mobile advertising executions and destination mobile internet landing pages
- Created Static and animated WAP banners to MMA guidelines
- Managed a media buying campaign that included mobile display as well as search advertising
What it achieved
- Increased signup, application download and repeat product usage rates
- Some impressive Click Through Rates!
More importantly, it demonstrated that improved creative, aligned to user experience, could significantly reduce acquisition costs.
