CIMA asked us to help develop and implement a mobile communications strategy to help them drive membership renewals. Our brief was simple; cost effective communications with maximum reach and impact. The objective of phase one was to send a membership renewal reminder to over 11,000 members in the UK and worldwide. We then developed the approach for phase two with innovative use of MMS.

What we did
  • Developed, implemented and delivered an SMS and MMS solution
  • Ensured all collateral was in line with house style and corporate branding, and integrated with their other materials
  • Successfully Maintained CIMA's branding and tone of voice within 160 characters and the limitations of a cross handset MMS
  • Delivered full post campaign statistics and analysis
